Analyze needs and provide support in order to improve store effective & efficient store management systems

Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, operation to ensure the store comply with the policy.

Have a good interpersonal skill, good in problem solving, & good in communication.

Create sales strategy and work plan in order to achieve sales targets.

Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field, with minimum GPA 3.00

Menjaga dan melayani pembeli yang datang ke toko

Meneruskan pesanan pembeli ke bagian gudang

Mampu menjelaskan bahan bahan kimia, cara penggunaannya, dll (akan diajarkan)

Melakukan crosselling atau menawarkan produk lainnya kepada pelanggan

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang penjualan, terutama toko bahan kimia adalah nilai tambah

Consults with Store Manager and HR on next steps leading to progressive discipline and termination, when needed.

Address any variance to company standards with appropriate action plan, partnering with the Store Manager as needed.

Accept special assignments as directed by Store Manager.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

Supervise and coach employees in providing efficient and friendly service at the registers and throughout the store.

Responsible for addressing personnel and performance issues, including coaching, verbal and written warnings.
