Detailed Job Description The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for assisting the Spa Manager in the day-to-day operations of the spa. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the spa’s finances. The Assistant Spa Manager will be expected to ensure that the spa is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all staff are performing their duties to the highest standards.
