Educational background in related field

3 -7 years of experience in SAP consulting in IT consulting/ global advisory firms and/or other big 4 firms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in needs analysis, positioning, and business justification

Possess technical and/or management consulting experience in areas such as business process automation, internal controls transformation, and enterprise system risk.

Prepare reports and collaborate with client management to finalize findings and improvement recommendations.

Develop themselves by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador.

Possess appropriate degree qualifications in Business, Finance & Accounting, Information Systems Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Collaborate with specialists from other areas to expand our offerings to key clients.

Report to and closely collaborate with the Manager to manage engagement risks and ensure quality control.

Reporting to management as per SAP Project Governance (e.g. escalation management, communication management, risk management, quality management).

Ensure proper use of project management methodology (AGILE), standards, tools, processes and procedures

Experience of delivering SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud will be an added advantage

Participate in the project planning activities and manage the execution of project according to plan.

Analyse risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.

More than 10-12 years of SAP working experience in SAP.

Qualification certification in internationally accepted project management standards and structured methodologies, e.g. PRINCE 2, PMBoK

Help with resource, scope, risk management and managing stakeholder communication

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related field, or the equivalent inexperience

Create documents / diagrams / other artifacts as needed.

Having good leadership skill and experience of managing a team.

Continuously improve SAP skill and consulting skill to meet market demand, especially in SAP SuccessFactors area.

At least 10 years of working experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HCM implementation project.

At least 5 years as Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactor or HCM implementation project.

Having certifications in SAP SuccessFactors solutions is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees.

Experience in process improvement, system optimisation, and project management

Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, Analyst, or in a similar role

In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, functionalities, and integration with other SAP modules

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Relevant certifications in SAP FICO are desirable

Minimum 5 years experience handling Business Analyst or Finance/Accounting

Having skill in using Figma/Canvac for UX and wireframing designs, user flows, and Application mockups

Experience with Tableu is advantages -Experience as a user of TM1 Planning is advantages

Bachelor degree of Information system/IT

Good understanding of SAP modules (especially SAP FICO Module) will be an advantage -
