Prepare reports and provide trial updates to management.
Complete any other duties as deemed appropriate by site management.
Identify opportunities for mechanisation and develop or identify scale appropriate solutions
Assist the maintenance technician to install and maintain machinery and any new equipment.
Diagnose machinery operational problems and recommend corrective actions to maintenance team.
Assist the team to establish goals, priorities and expectations in working with machinery in the farm.
