3-5 years relevant & equivalent Laundry Operational Management Experience in a luxury hotel or onboard a premium cruise ship

Ensuring that the production requirements by machine are met, in the valet

Ability to apply customer service skills according to Royal Caribbean International’s The Royal Way when interacting with guests and coworkers.

Ensuring that the new tagging sequence for guest items is followed properly

Ensuring that one valet attendant is on call after the daily duties for express services

Ensuring that the valet machines are properly cleaned, and that routine maintenance takes place during OFF peak working hours
