Assistant Group Accountant Jobs

Manage financial transactions, encompassing payments, invoicing, and reconciliations

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in accounting or a related field

Demonstrated professional experience as an accountant

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ensure adherence to local regulations and accounting standards

Organised, time management and ability to achieve deadlines

Degree in Accounting, proficiency with excel, 3 - 5 years experiences

Ability and willing to learn MM FIS/MIS systems and coordinate the system integration alongside the finance policies and procedures

Full end to end Account Payable function, including data processing, bank reconciliations

General Ledger and Cashbook upload and input

Preparation of monthly cashflow reporting

Experience at least 3 years (having experience at Big4 at Accounting Firm will be benefit)

Manage preparation of month end process including prepayment, fixed assets and accruals

Manage preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet group of companies in Indonesia including overseas operations

Manage preparation of intercompany payment with company's system

Manage preparation of annual audit and tax schedules

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Having experience at Accounting Firm will be benefit

Escalate complex enquiries onto Manager for response

Experience in statutory financial reporting and audit matters

Strong numeracy skills and data analysis skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Assist with preparation and analysis of annual group business plan and quarterly forecasts
