Min 5 years experiences in related field (Manufacturing, Especially for Copper Industry)

Min Bachelor Degree, Engineering Background

Good analytical, leadership, problem solving

Good understanding for ISO 9001:2015

Willing to work in Surabaya

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Additional certifications or specialized training in factory design or industrial engineering are a plus.

Proven experience in factory design, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably 7 years.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and layout optimization principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.

Manages capital budgets by designing, implementing and commissioning the project and allocating budget and resource accordingly.

Interprets relevant laws to ensure that standards and laws are implemented and adhered to.

Investigates accidents and incidents and draws up reports.

Accountable for cost estimations and budget proposals.

Responsible for the control and execution of work against a budget and authorizations within authority limits.

Is responsible for ensuring capitalization of the whole project (mechanical, electrical etc.).

• Experienced in Engineering Management's Role

• Min. 3 years experience in 4-5 Stars Property with the same position in Hospitality Industry

• Strong Leadership Skills, Analytical, and Strategic Thinking

• Bachelor Degree or Above, Majoring in Electrical/Mechanical and or Other Related Major

• Proactive, Self-Driven, Details & Target Oriented

• Familiar and Understand MEP & POMEC

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Experience in local infrastructure/construction project management in Indonesia is preferred;

Able to independently complete the document filling, declaration, compilation, collection, sorting and archiving of infrastructure projects;

Collected, counted and established development-related standards, documents, building materials and equipment, etc.;

Able to sort out and file various meeting minutes;

Familiar with various related policies and regulations of Indonesian construction industry;

Proactively complete other tasks assigned by department leaders;
