Assistance to industrial management controllers.

At least 3 years experience in accounting inventory, preferably multinational manufacturing company (Bonded zone company will be advantages).

Understanding of standard costing, and fixed asset control finance statement.

Ability to multitask, detail orientation, presentation skill, prioritize work load, complete day-to-day activities, and handle all urgent requests.

Monthly closing, input and output data control, indicator calculation (manufacturing costs, cost of materials, CRI, measured inventories, variances), reports dissemination.

Indicator analysis and corrective actions.

Evaluate, craft, and implement asset management technology policies and processes that maintain data accuracy.

Define purchasing recommendations that support business goals, in collaboration with senior management and partners.

Efficiently communicate asset management strategies to team members and partners in a timely and clear fashion.

Generate, distribute, and review relevant management reports.

Develop strategies and relationships to implement plans for auctioning, recycling, or otherwise selling obsolete assets.

Assess warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts to assist with asset upkeep, upgrades, repair, and replacement.

Bachelor degree, with major from Management/Accounting/Statistic/Mathematic

Advance skill with excel (pivot, vlookup, if function, sumproduct)

Minimum 2 years of experience in related field

Having good analytical skills and able to multitask

Having good communication and coordination skill

Coordinate with related PIC and finance

Procurement process through SAP system

Routing approval of user procurement documents (both project and non-project)

Receipt of goods, collect documents DO and minutes of handover of goods

Recording of goods and serial numbers along with barcode tagging (by system)

Maintenance warehouse goods (tidying up goods and data) and stored systematically

Recording the entry and exit of goods from and to the warehouse asset
