Responsible for developing high quality training materials to improve knowledge for trainers and delivering training materials through online/offline training.

Responsible for conducting TTT (Train The Trainer) to help trainers improve their skills.

Responsible for reviewing & updating Training Materials periodically to meet the business requirements and objectives.

Delivering Training Material Through Online / Offline to The Agency Force.

Involve in Working Group & Agency Learning Activities.

Manage job analysis, evaluation and job description as well as job grading

Partner with HC Managerin creating and Performance Indicators

Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.

Plan and develop reward and benefit strategybased on reward and benefit market trend to ensure the implementation of fair pay system

Implement the compensation and benefit program

Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.

Develop and implement performance management systems that promote employee engagement and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field

Lead culture experience initiatives that build a strong sense of belonging and alignment with the company values.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, including managers, employees, and external partners.

Manage communication channels, such as the company internal website, to ensure employees have access to relevant information and resources.

Bachelor degree in Communication/English Literature/Event Management or related field

Good communication skill and negotiation

Have experience as artist team/event team

Able to work under pressure

Have SIM A, used to drive Bandung-Jakarta

Good analytical and problem-solving skills,

Fully proficient computer skills and use of relevant software and other applications

Exceptional analytical and writing skills.

Strong interpersonal, cross-cultural and team player skills, with a capacity to work effectively on an independent basis,

Excellent communication skills and a persuasive communicator.

Proven track record on multi-sectoral and cross-institutional collaboration including with representatives of government and non-government partners is desirable.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with artists, record labels, agents, and other industry professionals

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

Knowledge of marketing and promotion strategies, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans

Manage the day-to-day activities of artists, including coordinating travel, rehearsals, and performances

Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments, and leverage that knowledge to help our artists achieve their full potential
