Overview Architectural Assistants are responsible for providing support to Architects in the design and development of construction projects. They are responsible for researching and gathering data, preparing drawings, and assisting with the development of plans. They may also be responsible for providing technical advice and assistance to clients. They must be able to interpret and understand architectural plans and specifications, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and other professionals. Architectural Assistants must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to work with a variety of software programs, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. They must also be able to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents. Job Skills Required
