Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or another object-oriented programming language

Ability to fluently communicate technical concepts in English, both verbally and in writing

Bachelor's degree in Management/Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Analytics in express logistics and/or similar industries

Have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving

Managing the Ground Operations Performance analytics as the support for the improvement activity in the Ground Ops Team.

Collaboration with related operations functions by assisting the other functions in terms of Ground point of view.

Managing data analytics support is really representative of actual operations

Proven experience and knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering regulations, local regulations

Experience with crypto on-chain monitoring a plus

2+ years experience in a transaction monitoring function

Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills

Do something meaningful; Be a part of the future of finance technology and the no.1 company in the industry

Proficiency in compliance applications and programmes such as Worldcheck, Jumio, Chainalysis, etc

A "walking the halls" mentality incorporating networking skills, trust, relationship management, and connecting people;

7+ years of experience in a partnership, or channel role;

3+ years of experience asChannel Director for APAC;

Experience in working directly with partners within the software space;

Savvy presentation and demonstration skills, translating complex technology concepts fluidly;

Remote work is an option but must reside in APAC.
