·At least 3Year(s) of working experience in Event Organizer (EO) or Activation Agency.

·Have experience in handling big/large scale of events, proven with portfolio project within past 2 years

·Good communication skill to engagewith the team, partner and vendors.

·Strong leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skill,

Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Management or Environmental Engineering.

Develop project proposals with defined objectives, outputs/deliverables, timelines and resources according to client/donor requirements.

Have experience in the same field at least 1 year.

Have good communication skill and people person.

Identify project opportunities through client and donor needs mapping.

Pitch to clients/donor regarding Waste4Change’s capacity, capability, and provide solutions for the client’s/donor’s needs.

Managing end-to-end market research process in refer to management requirements.

Minimum education diploma preferably Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality graduates.

Experience in Property Companies, Hospitality, and Real Estate.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Highly interested in marketing analyst and customer behavior.

Professional work with team or individual.
