Admin Office Custom House Brokerage Jobs

Must have experience minimum 7 years as Manager in Freight Forwarding companies especially in charge for Customs Clearance business.

Excellent product knowledge and regulation of International Freight Forwarding.

Excellent customer service oriented to perform satisfaction services.

Wide networking in Freight Forwarding industry and custom officer.

Able to operate computer application and Excellent in English ability.

Trustable, honest and willing to work long hours to assure cargo delivery on time

Pendidikan Minimal Diploma tiga sampai dengan Srata Satu

Memiliki pengalaman minimal sebagai Admin

Memiliki Integrity, Innovative Thinking, Professionalism

Minimum 2 years working experiences within in retail brokerage or bancassurance, with a focus on serving HNWI.

Strong knowledge of investment products, securities markets, and bancassurance products.

Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Collaborate with internal teams, such as research, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Have a Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial data and market trends.

Fluent in English (both oral & written).

Knowledge, Personal Attributes And Skills Required

Handling, communicate and administrating import export process with agent, freight forwarder and related party.

Responsible for preparing and reviewing shipping document, checking Harmonized System ( HS ) Codes, Tariff and other administrative matters.

Archiving document import export and maintaining import export data.

Prepare and create periodic Import Export Realization Report for comply government regulation.

Support for Tax and Custom Audit included providing all data and document required, maintaining softcopy/hardcopy for future reference.

Have experiences in export import at least 4 years.

Have experiences lead export import for 2 years.

Have knowledge about export import such as regulation, licenses, supporting documents, etc.

Have an excellent communication skill.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

15+ years of experience in Accounting

Cost Accounting experience is a MUST!

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Make weekly/monthly reports and KPI Operation reports at the end of the month, reported to the General Manager of CCL

Ensure that the CCL process runs according to BP so that there are no Re-dresses, Rejects in the custom system

Ensuring the tools used for data screening function properly so that data from IPL is recorded accurately in the Custom System

Controlling and supervising the process of movement of goods/import/export documents so that they are on time

Monitoring the repo process & returning empty containers from & to MLO running smoothly

Monitor the maintenance and control of work results records in their section
