Perform database cleanup projects upon instruction by Supervisor in the CRM (Salesforce)

Perform database maintenance project upon instruction by Supervisor

Prepare raw data for further manipulation from CRM upon request from colleagues

Membuat desain ERD & Tabel yang efisien

Review & improve existing database

Pembuatan indeks tabel yang dapat meningkatkan kecepatan query

Pembuatan stored procedure, views, triggers & function untuk bisa digunakan dengan tepat di semua software internal

Mengoptimalkan implementasi SQL Statements di semua software internal

Memastikan performance, security dan availability dari database

Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a database Engineer or similar role.

Experience in designing and implementing database schemas, tables, and indexes for optimal performance.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Understanding of database security concepts, data encryption, and access controls.

Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable database solutions.

Percona Monitoring & Management (PMM) and other monitoring tools

Configuration management solutions such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef

Good hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL Provided tools and Contribution modules

Be a skilled with some of the PostgreSQL ecosystem of tools and technologies

Knowledgeable about performance tuning, query optimization, & index tuning

Some experience with high availability solutions (replication, routers, proxies, etc)

A minimum of 2 years experience in database engineering.

In-depth knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).

Extensive experience with database technologies and architecture.

Sound knowledge of best practices in database engineering and data security.

Maintaining and enhancing the performance of existing database programs.

Assisting database development teams in designing new database programs that meet the organization's data storage needs.

- Understand strategy to tune performance, file distribution, memory management, and tuning SQL statements.

- Recommend solutions to improve database managements.

- Resolve issues related to database design and managements

- Experience 2-3 year experienced in related field

- Result oriented with strong problem solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Bachelor degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification;

Min. 3 years experience as a DBA.

Experienced as a database administrator especially in(provisioning, troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, backup, High Availabiity)

Experienced with Database System : Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL

Experienced in Operating System : Solaris, Linux, Windows

Good knowledge in *nix shell scripting

Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills as well as detail oriented

Must have at least 4 years of development experience in Java ADF applications

Good in verbal and written English communication skills

Experience in Insurance Industry is an added advantage

PL SQL/Store Procedure experience (add advantage)

To participate in project design discussions

Experience administering PostgreSQL, with high throughput

Experience administering MongoDB, with high throughput

Advanced knowledge of PL/pgSQL, SQL, NoSQL, execution analysis & optimization, indexing strategies, etc

Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.

Optimizing database monitoring tools and error handling

Percona Monitoring & Management (PMM) and other monitoring tools

Configuration management solutions such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef

Good hands-on knowledge of both MySQL and InnoDB

Be a skilled with some of the MySQL ecosystem of tools and technologies
