Accounting Reporting Specialist Jobs

Perform monthly closing to provide accurate monthly financial statement figure for Management

Analyze monthly financial statement figure for Management decision-making

Have a good communication skill

Liaise with auditor to ensure yearly audited financial statement published to public in timely manner

Update company accounting policies based on updated Indonesia Accounting Polices

Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University

Prepare financial statements (include subsidiaries) to support management decision making

Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback

Experience working in Public Company would be a plus point.

Ensure and maintain Timely and Accurate Budget VS Actual Comparison and Accurate Revenue and Cost Allocation to provide PnL supporting data.

Prepare Quarterly Financial Statement to OJK & Auditor

Perform CoA analysis to produce Headcount expense report to know headcount expense trend and its utilization

Having experience in manage outsourcing client and holding company (Preferable)

Possess knowledge on Indonesian Accounting Standard (PSAK) and IFRS, as well as audit principles

Ability to manage multiple inquiries and competing priorities in rapidly growing , fast paced and interactive.

Support a comprehensive consolidated FY 2023 financial audit of the group company’s books and records for the periods ending.

Support verbal and written presentations of the results of the audit and any recommendations for improvement

Assist a detailed summary of any irregularities discovered during the audit.

Experience in using SAP Finance system is an advantage.

Working with 3-5 years experience in accounting field. Experience in public accountant firm is an advantage.

Having a good knowledge of the implementation of PSAK 73 in the financial statements.

Strong knowledge of Indonesia Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal controls and financial reporting.

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Strong analytical & problem solving skills.

Assist in reporting to investor, management and regulator

Experienced for 2-4 years in Accounting field

Experienced in Public Accounting or financial services is a plus

Perform analytical review on financial statement

Support in monthly reporting and reconciliation

A Bachelor Degree in Accounting is Required
