Accounting Tax Consultant Supervisor Jobs in Kota Bekasi, West Java

Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for min. 1 year

Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices

Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with federal and state regulations

Advises and informs of benefits-related changes, including eligibility, coverage, and provisions

Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Calculate Clients' tax payables (Monthly & Annual obligations)

Prepare Client's Monthly & Annual Tax Returns

Input transactions journal into an accounting system

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0

Familiar with Indonesian taxation especially Withholding taxes, Value Added Tax, and Annual Corporate Income Tax Return

Minimum 2 years work experience as SPV Finance, Accounting & Tax (preferably having worked in a tax consultant)

Have strong knowledge of taxation and accounting

At least have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field.

Proactive, Problem Solver, Detail and able to work as a team

Able to work quickly and thoroughly.

Ensuring and reporting account balances and in the system are correct every day

Having good knowledge of Indonesia tax regulation and accounting standard. (Must)

Excellent oral and written communication skill in English and Indonesia. (Must)

Having an external audit experience (Preferred)

Monthly tax compliance – PPh 21, PPh 15, PPh 23, PPh 4(2) and VAT

Annual tax compliance – Corporate & Individual

Minimal 1 year experience in leadership

Knowledge of digital healthcare and product development
