At least 1 years experience with using computerized accounting systems. Experience with the Oracle product would be highly regarded.

Experience in an accounting environment with an emphasis on accounts payable processing.

Membantu dalam peningkatan internal control yang berhubungan dengan inventory.

Menganalisa penyebab dari variance yang muncul.

Melakukan pengawasan terhadap semua transaksi inventory yang terjadi di seluruh Gudang.

Menyajikan inventory report dan aging report.

Melaksanakan kegiatan accounting lain jika diperlukan.

Candidate Must Possess at Least Bachelor's Degree From Accounting / Management

1-2 Years of Working Experience in Relation Fields

Hands-On Experience In Operating Spreadsheets and ERP System

Proven Ability to Calculate, Post and Manage Accounting Figures and Financial Records

Have a Strong Background Accounting and Strong Analytical Skills

Responsible in Accuracy & Accountability of Data

Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, excellent English, record keeping. Attention to detail, knowledge about financial statements and taxation

Assess reports for accuracy and completeness with full knowledge of accounting standards and regulations

Process Accounts Payable transactions on a daily basis

Issue invoices and receipts while coordinating with clients

Keep track of inventory inflow and outflow.

Contacting the suppliers, institutions, or other parties which are related to the company's business
