Accommodation Intern Jobs

Minimum 2 years of experience in audit, finance, or accounting area

Experience working within a general ledger system; Oracle EBS is preferred

Perform reconciliation, verify discrepancies, maintain manual journal for any discrepancies and resolve with 3rd party for any settlement issue

Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, posting and recording sales reports to accounting system

Responsible for accuracy, completeness and timely month end closing

Support annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed

Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders

Strong communication and writing skills of both Bahasa Indonesia & English

Assist in conceptualising, developing and executing marketing campaign (Accommodation)

Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders (creative team, content, commercial, partnerships, social media, etc.) for campaign creation and execution

Do reporting & conduct data analysis on campaign performance

Operate internal dashboard / backend

Have organizational and or committee experience on campus

Have participated in an internship program and or internship experience at a start-up company or in another company

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence external/internal stakeholders

To monitor and improve price competitiveness and room inventory availability at all times

To nurture, monitor and improve SSA accounts

To support related departments on customer bookings

Have organizational and or committee experience on campus

Have participated in an internship program and or internship experience at a start-up company or in another company

Handle investigations-, finance related issues, rate calculation

Provide assistance to Market Managers with solving partner inquiries and other related tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with ability to convince

Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.

Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business.

Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
