Warehouse Supervisor Jobs

JOB PURPOSE

• Support Warehouse Manager by Supervising warehouse operational activities as accordance with good warehouse practices starting from receiving, storage, supply, delivery, return, administration process and any other warehouse activities in PT. Bayer Indonesia.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Monitoring activities conducted by third parties in warehouse such as : pest management control, forklift service maintenance, etc.
• Create, review, update and socialize SOP to warehouse personnel
• Ensure receiving process of inventory material (raw material, packaging material, semi finish good and finished goods and non-inventory material (Fixed Asset & Consumable Material) are execute on time and in place.
• Ensure materials and supporting materials in warehouse are clearly identified, store on right location, have good, clean and secure condition.
• Ensure goods inventory accuracy through lead regular cycle count within respective area, reconcile stock and propose reasonable loss/gain.
• Supervise day to day warehouse operation activities starting from receiving, storage, supply, delivery, return, administration process and any other warehouse activities.
• Ensure all transaction are executed timely and accurately in the SAP System with respect to Company Regulation and Compliance.
• Assist Warehouse Manager to handle Third party Logistic/Warehouse operation with good coordination, close teamwork and address operational issues.
• Perform smooth preparation and execution for export shipment based on SCM schedule.
• Maintain stock for non-inventory material regularly used by warehouse such as : pallet, plastic wrapping, office supplies, etc.
• Ensure warehouse facility and material handling equipment are used proper way and ready for service.
• Ensure all movement/transfer of material in warehouse both on physical and system SAP are well monitoring.
• Perform smooth delivery planning and execution for domestic product from Bayer’s warehouse and or Third Party Logistic Warehouse.
• Ensure warehouse operation activities are running smoothly in efficient and effective way to support internal and external customers according to SOP.
• Monitoring housekeeping to ensure office and working area in warehouse are in clean, tidy, and safe for work.
• Perform duties with full responsibilities according to SOP, GMP principle, HSE aspect and compliance guideline
• Ensure product supply and return process of raw and packaging material to production, packaging and tolling manufacture are execute on time and in place.
• Handle, investigate, address and report complaint which come to warehouse.

Who You Are

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above

Relevant Experiences

• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and leadership
• Having knowledge in warehouse management, Third Party Logistic, GMP/CPOB, SMK3L, HACCP
• Able to work as individual and in team
• Main competencies for the job (Core, Leaders, technical competencies): Good communication skill
• Having 5 years experiences in operation of Warehouse dan Transportation

Communication

• Fluent in English both verbal and written
