Warehouse Supervisor Jobs

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for warehouse layout.
2. Responsible for the warehouse operational system.
3. Responsible for transactions that occur in the warehouse.
4. Checking the availability of goods as needed.
5. Record the transaction of goods entering and leaving the warehouse.
6. Manage the accuracy of receipt and release of goods in accordance with the applicable SOP.
7. Documenting and monitoring all activities in and out of goods in terms of quality and quantity.
8. Determine processes and methods that can improve warehouse performance.
9. Make an arrangement of employee needs as well as the allocation of daily workers.
10. Ensure that the stock of goods is in accordance with the needs so that there is no over capacity and dead stock.

Qualifications

1. Education Min. D3 all majors.
2. Have experience as Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor for at least 1 year.
3. Have good administrative skills, able to operate Google Worksheet.
4. Able to maintain stock accuracy either by system or manually.
5. Mastering warehouse management.
6. Have strong problem solving, creative thinking and leadership skills.
7. Have good communication skills.
8. Willing to be placed in Batam.
