• Support merchant-related projects.
• Support in reaching out to merchants to ensure the success of their business operations and explore upselling opportunities.
• Respond thoroughly to merchants’ inquiries in a timely manner and escalate the issue to ensure that the issues are resolved.

Requirements

• A final year student or a Bachelor’s degree (Fresh Graduate) from any major.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work from the office in a hybrid arrangement at BSD, Tangerang.
• Able to commit for a six-month or more full-time internship programme from July 2023.
• Experienced in Project Management.
• Highly resourceful and tech-savvy with excellent communication and presentation skills.
