Qualifications

• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Able to formulate good questions to understand stakeholders' needs.
• Portfolio of design projects is a must.
• Excellent in using Figma and others design tools.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Knowledge of Design Systems (e.g Google Material, Material UI, etc).
• Able to draw conclusions and create solid research reports from research findings to support stakeholders' needs
• Excellent communication skill and shows empathy to all users.
• Good time-management skills.
• Proven work experience as UIUX Designer or similar role with 2 - 3 years of experience.
