Rukita is providing long-stay solution as kost coliving that make you feel like in home.

As we grow fast, and our clients has been increase drastically, we’re looking for someone that can bring great impact to the market.

Sales Associate is responsible to acquire new tenants and increase the occupancy for Rukita and RuOptions. Sales associate will be contribute to do market penetration, execute the strategy, and market study to the whole demand team.

:

  • Search and acquire new B2B and B2C Clients
  • Develop sales plan and strategy to achieve goals
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Canvassing to the certain area
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Create Purchase Order and follow up payment collection
  • Create daily report to the manager

Requirements :

  • Placement Surabaya
  • 1-2 years experience as sales
  • Able and fluent of processing data, using digital platform as their daily activities (spreadsheets)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any field
  • Have driving license (min. SIM C)
  • Have their own vehicle and able to drive (Motorcycle preferrable) for Canvassing
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a passion for providing living solutions for the new generation, sharing in Rukita’s mission
