Job Description

Qualifications :

  • Min. 2 years in tour product quotation & operation is a plus
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with computers


Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our Tour Operation team, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every detail of our tours comes together flawlessly. Your role will involve:


  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Handling logistics, from airport transfers to tour schedules, with precision.
  • Contributing fresh ideas to enhance our tour offerings and streamline processes.
  • Managing unexpected changes and challenges to keep tours on track.
  • Collaborating with vendors, accommodations, and local partners to create seamless itineraries.
  • Booking transportation, accommodations, and activities for our diverse range of tours.
