Job Description

  • Producing and publishing various types of video content
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote content, such as posting on social media (Instagram and YouTube)
  • Optimizing content to improve its visibility and ranking on search engines, including conducting keyword research and optimizing titles, headings, and metadata
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of content using various metrics, such as traffic, engagement rates, and social media metrics, and making recommendations for improvement
  • Developing high-quality content that engages the audience, including video scripts, social media posts, podcasts, and other formats
  • Reviewing content to ensure it is error-free and meets the company's standards for quality and tone
  • Brainstorming, researching, and generating new ideas with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure that all content aligns with the company's goals and target audience
Job Qualification
  • Preferably domicile in Bandung area or willing to travel often to Bandung
  • Actively research digital and social media trends especially those related to finance and investment
  • Min. 1-2 year experience as Content Creator (familiar with all social media marketing trends)
  • Knowledge about video creation and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effect, VN, InShot, etc
  • Be able to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience in content strategy and content marketing
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Creative, confident, and well-spoken in front of the camera (experience in public speaking, as a host/MC, will be a plus)
  • Understanding the importance of optimizing for search engines and social media (Instagram and Youtube) algorithms
  • Have a creative mind to create, develop, and produce original content
  • Strong sense of storytelling and writing skills
