ABOUT THE JOB

You will be responsible for concepting and creating engaging TikTok videos that are easy to catch people's attention. You need to be able to see what's the current social media trend and be innovative with it.

Responsibilities

- Plan and create TikTok videos

- Propose idea & content draft on a weekly basis

- Plan and create online event to boost sales, responsive with followers feedback

- Increase the number of TikTok engagement (likes, comments, follows, and shares)

- Stay up to date with fashion trends

- Manage talent and schedule posts

- Handle livestream

- Able to work onsite 3 days/week in Bandung

Qualifications

- High school graduates or college students are welcome to apply

- Strong interest in fashion, illustration, or content creating

- Has the ability to shoot and edit videos and photos

- Able to discuss ideas and work together in a team

- Able to do research and analyze content

- Keen eye on aesthetics, creative, open-mindedness, diligent

- Able to work with deadlines & targets
