Job Description
TEST ENGINEER
Requirement:
1.Min. Diploma 3 from Electronic/Electric, Mechanic, Physics/Industry/ Science
2.Able to Lead the team with leadership skill and collaborate with other section
3.Experience in testing process and tester machine program especially for Genrad/ Marconi/ Flying Probe and Functional Test Configuration
4.Expert on trouble shoot and debugging Process when any test failure
5.Familiar with AS9102, IPC, SPC, ASTM and other International Standard
6.Good knowledge in RCCA and Reporting
Job Scope:
1.Review the Test Process Improvement needed with cost effective
2.Review all the document related to Test area to improve the test affectivity and productivity
3.Support the superior on all the technical issue facing out during testing process and feedback from Customer
4.Collaborate with other section to fulfill production demands.
5.Generate all the necessary document to support test activity
6.Generate new test program for new project
7.Improve test coverage for field improvement
