Job Description

Telesales plays an important role in assisting and educating prospective clients to adopt the Rey platform.


Responsibilities

  • Provide updates on the telesales activity.
  • Assist prospective clients in registering to the Rey platform.
  • Share customer experience and feedback to relevant internal teams, including but not limited to business development and product.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to gather interest from prospective clients.
  • Deliver high-quality conversational and assistance experience to prospective clients.



Qualifications

  • Minimum high school graduate.
  • Willing to work at office (BSD) and contract based.
  • Comfortable working with a huge volumes of data and calls.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as telesales/telemarketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist and persuade in conversational manners.
