What You Will Do

The position is responsible for-

The Electrician is responsible for-

• Follow and implement PM SOP in all maintenance activity and comply according to Safety and Quality requirements.
• Maintain electrical components and instruments to avoid break down during operation.
• Conduct Preventive Maintenance in Production and Packaging Machinery activities as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

• Recorder hours and Maintenance Documentation.
• Alarm of electrical component.
• Maintain Production, packaging, and Utility equipment as scheduled.
• Willing to work under pressure and shift pattern,
• Familiar to operate Windows software.
• Work order shall be complying after finishing the job.
• Capable to handle electrical troubleshooting such as-
• All activity shall be captured on the work order record.
• Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems.
• Willing to come to the site for emergency cases.
• Failure of electrical parts.
• Use hand and power tools such as drilling, and grinding.
• Understand and apply blueprint and technical diagrams.
• Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers.
• Escalation process shall be implemented to supervisor if troubleshooting is more than 1 hour.
• Software malfunction.

Required Qualifications

• An Electrician, or an Electrician Maintenance Worker, is responsible for maintaining electrical systems in production, packaging and utility machinery. Their duties include communicating with cross function to establish PM execution and related safety, GMP and capable to review the electrical drawing or ladder diagram to identify wiring circuits problem solving.

Desired Qualifications

• Good in English.
• Graduated from Polytechnic, Majoring in Electrical engineering.
• K3 Certification will be advantage.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical and Welcome from fresh graduated.
