Job Description

BFI is looking for experienced and talented engineers to join our team! You will provide technical leadership and mentorship through pairing, daily stand-ups, project management and ongoing support. You will build a highly performing team and high collaboration with other team and expertise across BFI. You will be responsible to keep your team stay on track, remove any roadblocks, and facilitate timely decision-making

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring and monitoring the allocated budget related to the application development which will support the work of the Risk and Collection team.
  • Delivering the solutions and escalating the Risk and Collection team into the management due to any possible delays, Finding solutions to ensure the project can be implemented based on the timeline agreed by Risk and Collection team , IT, and PMO.
  • Leading the excellent production team which will be managed into the 3rd party, ensuring the improvement of the SLA system to support the business performance of the company.
  • Aligning the risk projects and Collection related to Information Technology right from the start until the implementation, ensuring the flow of the projects initiated by the Risk and Collection team to have allignment with Strategic Corporate (IT Initiatives) to have a smooth and good process based on the company’s standard.
  • Decides on the tuning performance system collaborate with assigned Vendor based on the result of performance review system.
  • Build good alignment with the respective PIC or user in each department towards outstanding production issues and keep updating through weekly and biweekly meetings in order to get the pictures on how to manage the issue based on the Policy.
  • Controlling and monitoring the availability and system capacities, ensure the users are able to operate the system.
  • Arranging the strategies, initiatives and priority setup to ensure the Risk and Collection Operational activities, gaining support from IT Department to have support from Business operations.
  • Creating the improvement by empowered tools in monitoring the online system or the process per batch to prevent any possible system failure.


Job Requirements:

  • Good to have: Business Process Analysis, SQL Query, understanding Business and Integration Application
  • Bachelor Degree with Technology Information background
  • Preferred, 20 years Min. In similar fields and knowledges.
  • Worked in agile environment and has good grasp of agile cadence
