What You Will Do?

The Technical Designer will create detailed technical specifications for apparel designs and ensure that the final products meet design standards and fit requirements. The Technical Designer will work closely with the Sampling Team to develop prototypes and ensure that they meet quality standards.

You will be responsible to:

• Ensure that all technical specifications are accurately documented and maintained
• Create detailed technical specifications for apparel designs, including measurements, materials, construction details, and quality standards
• Work with the Sampling Team to develop prototypes and ensure that they meet design and fit standards
• Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure that designs are feasible and can be produced according to technical specifications
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to ensure that all products meet quality standards
• Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the sampling and production process
• Conduct fit sessions and provide feedback to the Sampling Team and Production Team

Would be great if you have:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design software
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Art and Design specializing in Product Design/ Craft/ Fashion Design
• Strong eyes for details, and visual interpretation from sketches to technical drawing.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical design within the apparel industry
• Exceptional collaboration, well-organized, and communication skills
