About The Job


As a Technical Assistant (Orthopedic Experience), you will play a crucial role in supporting orthopedic surgical operations, promoting the company's product portfolio, managing inventory control, and facilitating technical workshops. Your expertise and technical knowledge will contribute to the success of surgical procedures and the overall growth of the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to enhance surgical techniques and knowledge, adapting to changes in implant design and instrument devices.
  • Provide professional technical assistance in orthopedic surgical operations, ensuring the proper use and application of artificial joint instruments.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and execute effective business plans focused on driving growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons to promote the company's product portfolio and address their needs.
  • Facilitate technical workshops to enhance the surgical operation skills of other technical assistants.
  • Manage inventory control for implants and instruments, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical assistance of orthopedic surgical operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with surgeons and colleagues.
  • Expertise in artificial joint instruments, with a deep understanding of their functionality and usage.
  • Proactive mindset, always seeking innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear and concise technical knowledge to orthopedic surgeons.
  • Adaptability to changes in surgical techniques, implant designs, and instrument devices.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in written and oral English communication for effective collaboration and documentation.
