Job Description

Job Qualifications:

1.Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required

2.Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations: A strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is essential.

3.Analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify tax issues, and propose solutions to ensure compliance and optimize tax planning.

4.Attention to detail: Tax-related work requires meticulous attention to detail to accurately interpret and apply tax regulations.

5.Computer proficiency: Proficiency in using tax software, spreadsheet applications, and accounting software is important.

6.Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective communication with clients, colleagues, and tax authorities.

7.Ethical standards: A high level of integrity and adherence to professional ethics are crucial when dealing with sensitive financial information.

8.Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as tax staff often collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure compliance and resolve tax-related issues.

1.Tax compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

3.Tax research: Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and rulings, and conduct research to interpret their impact on the organization's tax obligations.

4.Tax audits and disputes: Assist in tax audits and disputes, including gathering and preparing required documentation and providing support to tax authorities.

5.Financial analysis: Analyze financial data to identify tax issues, calculate tax provisions, and provide insights on tax implications for financial planning.

6.Documentation and record-keeping: Maintain accurate tax records, documentation, and correspondence to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.

7.Client support: Provide support to clients by addressing tax-related queries, assisting with tax-related documentation, and offering guidance on tax compliance matters.
