Tax Administrator Jobs

We are looking for a skilled Tax Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in managing tax reconciliation and compliance. As a Tax Officer, you will assist in various tax-related tasks, including PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT input, VAT output, and e-Billing. Your expertise in tax regulations and proficiency in online tax reporting tools will be essential in maintaining accurate and efficient tax records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in filling out the Withholding Proof and Tax Invoice documents
• Helping to create e-Billing
• Helping to send proof of withholding tax slip and tax invoices
• Helping to input data of PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPN
• Assist with tax reconciliation
• Helping to recap of PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT input, and VAT output.

Requirements:

• Willing to be placed in Surabaya area
• Have a knowledge of Tax regulation
• Associate's / Bachelor's Degree of Accounting / Tax / or any related fields.
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Familiar with online tax reporting (E-SPT, E-Faktur, and E-Billing)
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
