Job Description

  • Handle smart survey closing for MV and property
  • Responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and readiness of all the claim document report
  • Reviewing and clarifying liability of each claims through onsite survey
  • Handle any other administration stuff, such as reimbursement, petty cash, invoice, input & print insurance policy, etc
  • Manage claim handling process
  • Registering data claims into the system
Requirements
  • Preferably domiciled in Cirebon
  • Have at least 1-2 year experience as survey claim/administration staff
  • Preferably have experience in general insurance company
  • Min. Diploma from any related major
  • Good administration skills
  • Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Can Join as soon as possible
