Supervisor Production

Duties and responsibilities :

1. Monitor and oversee the entire production process from start to finish

2. Responsible for product quality control during the production process.

3. Identify production problems and propose improvement solutions to improve efficiency and product quality.

4. Enforce and comply with safety and security procedures that apply in the production work environment

5. Supervise the inventory of raw materials and production equipment

6. Responsible for maintenance and maintenance of production equipment

7. Contribute to production process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

8. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports to be submitted to management.

9. Cooperate with the production team, including machine operators and other employees, to achieve production targets and ensure smooth operations.

Qualification:

- Have a good understanding both speaking and writing in English

- Ready to be placed outside the region & abroad

- Degrees or diplomas related to manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or health engineering will be considered a plus.

- Knowledge of the principles of pharmaceutical and medical device production.

- Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry regulatory compliance.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a structured environment and under time pressure.
