Assembly Coordinator (6-Months Contract)

Things you will do

• Ensure communication with the project superintendents to understand project priority and flow
• Monitor construction activities and recommend or take corrective action to ensure that quality standards are met in line with quality assurance programs
• Complete field reports
• Liaise with Inventory planning to provide the accessories for the pods aligned with the construction time
• Ensure the Site's Requirements are complete before the construction of each Project
• Liaise with Manufacturing & Supply Chain Division to ensure Pods Manufacturing and Distribution fulfill Site's Requirements
• Liaise with the assembly electronic coordinator to conduct assembly trials to ensure the new vendor comprehends the assembly process and field reports
• Liaise with the Electronic Pods Coordinator for the Electronic Pods requirement of each Project
• Liaise with Assembly Vendor to ensure the project timeline is executed as planned
• Represent Bobobox in a professional manner at all times
• Create Request Order for Assembly Requirement

• Strong attention to detail with superior analytical aptitude
• Ability to receive direction and effectively implement it in the field
• A diploma degree in Product design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred
• Knowledge of the design-build process
• Willing to work in Bandung, with frequent travel
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Having working experience in design interior is preferred
• Independently, self-starting, and driven
