What you will do :

  • Align and integrate the company's strategic the strategies of each departement.
  • Develop good knowledge management to analyze the roles and functions of departments / directorates.
  • Implement the Balanced Scorecard for company performance appraisal methods.
  • Plan, develop, and implement information technology for efficiency & effectiveness of work.
  • Evaluate the company's strategy (monthly performance reports).


What you need :

  • Have knowledge about corporate strategy & performance monitoring system development and root cause analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Management, Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or any relevant major with min, GPA 3.00
  • Experienced in the field of Strategic Business Plan / Strategic Management / Performance Management
