1. Develop sales strategies and initiatives
2. Manage sales process and perform planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting of sales activities
3. Seek out sales opportunities and establish network with prospective customers
4. Follow-up on marketing leads and secure potential sales opportunities
5. Review work progress on weekly basis and prepare internal and external reports on Sales status
6. Direct and coordinate the operations of sales person
7. Involved in end-to-end hiring and training activities of sales
8. Supervise and ensure conditions (cleanliness, comfort, security) and store performance
9. Manage products by analyzing and identifying product needs

Requirements

1. Min 1 years of experience in sales Leader
2. Has exceptional problem-solving skills
3. Prior experience in sales operations
4. Sales oriented
5. Energetic, communicative, good looking
6. Able to work with targets
7. Good leadership skills
8. Good Managerial skills
9. Experience in fashion retail is preferred
