Store Expansion & Development Jobs

:

• Ensure store operations, land and building are in line with government policies and official legal documents regarding to the location and/or business matters
• Handle negotiation process with landlords
• Scout and identify potential location for new store location
• Maintain an updated knowledge of location accessibility and values
• Approach and maintain good relationship with landlords
• Maintain an updated store mapping of competitors, related to the store mapping plan of Gong cha
• Responsible for feasibility study about store location and building, related to the impact on sales

Requirements :

• Thorough knowledge of construction budgets, project accounting, scheduling
• Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, a strong sense of initiative, and personal leadership.
• Capable of working independently and a self-starter, in a highly remote environment
• Good communication, persuasive and have strong negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Architecture degrees a plus
• Plus: experience in F&B industry.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in real estate type projects
