• Koordinasi dengan pelanggan dan logistik untuk memastikan ketepatan waktu pengiriman
• Memastikan seluruh transaksi tercatat dalam sistem dan pajak yang dikenakan sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku
• Memastikan seluruh proses invoicing (dari surat pesanan sampai invoicing dan faktur pajak) lengkap dan akurat
• Melakukan pengecekan dokumen invoicing
• Follow up pelanggan untuk memastikan dokumen penagihan sudah diterima dan memastikan pelunasan tagihan tepat waktu
