Job Description
Finance (Account Receivables / Collections)
PT. Roda Nurmala is pump & system specialist. We are distributing pump systems across projects in Indonesia. Established for more than 20 years, we have strong market presence in commercial building, industrial and oil & gas projects, specialized in fire pumps.
Duties
  • Provide correct, effective and efficient invoicing and collections. no error allowed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to expedite documents completion for invoicing.
  • Monitor projects payments & collections
  • Achieve account receivable target.
  • Create invoices through our accounting systems
Requirements
  • Highly experienced with long and complicated payment terms for projects.
  • Highly experienced with bad debt collections and know how to handle.
  • Highly experienced with account receivables for government companies.
  • Must be available now (asap!).
  • Possess reliability, integrity and trustworthiness.
