Rumah Siap Kerjais now looking for Sr. Backend Developer who is meticulous, a problem solver, and result driven. We are expecting this position to join us immediately!

Requirements

• Experience in different databases. Relational (PostgreSQL or MySQL) or NoSQL (Redis)
• High levels of ownership and commitment is a plus
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and Integration Testing
• Good team players and maintain the integrity and display good attention to detail
• Minimum 4 years experience building, scaling, managing high-performing system using nodeJS and/or Java(Spring Framework)
• Strong knowledge of database implementation in application level
• Experienced building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Understanding of SOLID principles, OOP, functional programming
• Creative problem solvers
• Work collaboratively with the development team to develop based on project requests
• Provide programming experience to design and build the application effectively and efficiently
• Quick learner, detail-oriented, have strong critical thinking skills
• Experienced in debugging complex issues at every level of the stack
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibility

• Create and maintain software documentation
• Participate and contribute to the solution and architectural design review
• Implement unit tests and functional tests for their tasks
• Deeply engaged in the full development lifecycle designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, monitoring, and improving software
• Participate and contribute to engineering hygiene such as code review, unit testing, and integration testing
• Write well-formatted modular code
• Apply engineering best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes, and work with your counterparts from product and business teams to continuously innovate for our customers
• Perform debugging and fixing bugs, have competency in at least 1 programming language

Able to comply with Rumah Siap Kerja working arrangement: Hybrid (2WFH, 3WFO)
