Sr. Backend Developer Jobs

Responsibilities:

- Develop features and improvements to the products in a secure, well-tested and performant way

- Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for ahigh-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.

- Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance

- Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity

- Confidently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from otherteam members

- Operate in an iterative mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value at high velocity

- Work collaboratively with Product team members and Development team members to maintain high bar for quality in a fast-paced and iterative environment

- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

Requirements:

- Required skill(s): PHP, NodeJS, MySql, UNIX, Redis, Git, Postman, Elastic Search

- Experience using Golang is a huge plus

- Knowledge and experience using CI/CD, microservices, k8s, docker is a huge plus

- Experiences of OLAP and RDBMS technologies including T-SQL and ETL / ELT data integration

- Experience with metabase is a huge plus

- Good self-managing skills, in particular with keeping up with timeline

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Positive, out-of-the-box and solution-oriented mindset

- Comfortable operating in Unix/Linux environment

- Comfort working in a highly Agile, intensely iterative software development process

- Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, and clear status updates
