Role: Senior PHP Developer
Location: Bandung
Working model: Hybrid
- WFH 2 Days : Monday & Friday
- WFO 3 Days : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as PHP Developer or related position
- Proficient in English (at least B2 CEFR)
- Advanced knowledge of PHP Laravel
- Knowledge in cloud services, especially Azure
- OOP, best practices architecture, dependency injection, and Queue implementation.
- Experience with ReactJS
- Leadership, responsible, proactive
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English
Reponsibilities:
- Coordinating team operations
- Ensure deliveries withinthe time estimates, and the business specifications and needs.
- Identifying critical technical items and proposing solutions to reduce the technical risk of team's projects (eg: Proof of Concepts).
- Providing technical guidance, coaching, helping and giving advices to team members.
- Overseeing and improving the team’s skills and efficiency, and organizing the necessary training.
- Participating in the definition of, and ensuring the implementation of development processes.
