Special Project Manager Jobs

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead project management for those strategic particular projects.
• Hold daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings to track project plan and progress.
• Ensure the project is meeting standards, timeline, and expectations
• Breaks down barriers for issues that may stall project progression.
• Ensure projects stay on time, proactively checks in with process owner to ensure timeliness.
• Develops project timelines, scopes and objective and milestones.
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties or vendors as needed.
• Coordinate with related Head of Department
• Ensuring all supporting functions are available to support project, including technical feasibility, resources (availability and allocation).

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills – able to function as a Project Leader
• Able to set priorities and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• +5 years experience equivalent project management experience
