Spa Therapist - Daily Worker

Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:

• To make all the room treatment, spa area in clean condition
• To storing for Spa linen and Spa equipment
• To check for spa reservation
• To be serving and treat the guests very well during do spa treatments.
• Calling the guest and try to up selling
• Making SPA beverage
• Checking area SPA and Gym
• Prepare for all SPA equipment, in right position
• Maintain the cleanliness and fresh of spa

Human Responsibilities:

• To follow the hotel and staff activity programs.
• To attend daily briefing, weekly & monthly meetings.
• To follow department roster.

Relations:

• To build good relationship among staff members.
• To build and maintain the open communication with superiors and colleagues.
• To build good team work internal and external the department.

Replacement and Temporary Mission:

• Able to replace any other staff that can not come to work for certain reasons.
• Able to perform in other duties assigned by the superiors.

·Handle other duties and projects as assigned.

·Being prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergencies such as fires, power cuts and bomb threats.

·Encourage the highest possible standard of environmental management.
