About The Role

This position will be responsible to ensure that all payments to Vendors and all cash transaction from Operations in processed in timely manner.

About You

• An Indonesian citizen currently residing in Bali
• Great Communication skill
• Previous experience in similar role is an advantage
• Strong understanding in English both written and verbal is a must
• Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
• Good problem-solving skill
• Self-leading person who can work with minimum supervision
• Pays close attention to details

The gig

• Review accuracy of invoices in the mailbox
• Submit accurate invoice to be approved by respective department in the system
• Direct reporting to the accountant of each property
• Communicate with Vendors to resolve any inaccurate invoice information
