Software Engineer (NodeJS)

Placement: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

We're looking from Junior until Medior roles at Aplikasi Super (YC W18). Just like Lego boxes that fit on top of one another, we are looking out for someone who has experience that can be plugged together, customized and deployed anywhere. Someone who is passionate about code writing, solving technical errors and taking up full ownership of app development.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient, usable, and scalable backend code.
• Building high-quality product features.
• Working with Product Managers, Frontend Engineer and Quality Assurance to deliver features based on the roadmap.
• Participate in giving input for code reviews and all the related-Backend

Qualifications

• Fluent in software engineering concepts and design patterns.
• Have fun
• Min. 2 years experience as Backend Engineer using Node JS, Nest JS, Go, Ruby, or Java
• Min. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related

Expectations in the first week

• Understand the various practices and processes followed in the team.
• Familiarize yourself with the different stacks and products.

Expectations in the first month

• Document and run tests to enhance product performance.
• Build a codebase for one product feature.

Expectations in the first three months

• Take feedback and improve the codebase for future upgrades.
• Lead development initiatives for other features.

Hiring Stages

Round 1 : HR Screening

Round 2 : Technical Test

Round 3 : Interview with Managers.

Round 4 : HR Interview (offering).
