SCRB is looking for a Social Media Team Member

SCRB is a medical fashion start-up providing fashion-forward, functional, and comfortable scrubs to healthcare professionals all over Asia. SCRB was established in 2020, and our base of operations is in Bogor, Indonesia.

The Team

Our team comprises experts who work together as a tightly-knit family, and we are determined and focused on completing our mission: providing the best medical scrubs for medical professionals fighting on the front lines. We’re open to new team members who are dedicated, innovative, and highly passionate in their field to come and join us!

• Define the most important social media KPIs
• Analyze trends, gather insight for brands, and work on the brand report
• Planning, creating, and implementing a social media strategy on all social media platforms (editorial calendar and researching, creating, and copywriting social media posts)
• Involved in pre-production, production, and post-production of the company’s photoshoots
• Create trending content for Instagram and Tiktok
• Enhance customer engagement, and promote social media campaigns.
• Responsible for managing day-to-day content on social media, mailing lists, website, and E-commerce

Requirements:

• Jakarta based
• Moderate to advanced photography (graphic design) and video editing skills using standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere.
• Knowledgeable in social media strategies & trends (SEO/M, ads)
• Excellent time management as this is mostly a Work-From-Anywhere job.
• 1-2 years prior experience as social media manager/planner
• Up to date with the latest social media trends on Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Familiar with social media analytical tools
• Exceptional writing skills both in English & Indonesia
